Our Warranty
Reclaimed wood is a natural product that is often a century or more older, originally harvested from first growth trees. Consequently, true reclaimed wood cannot be graded nor selected for color and grain, width and surface imperfections such as nail holes, knots, knot holes and checking cracks which are natural characteristics of reclaimed woods. Many of these imperfections are filled at the time of installation or hidden by your flooring installer in closets or under cabinets. It is the flooring installers responsibility to ensure the flooring planks with the characteristics described above are placed in your room(s) in the manner that best satisfies the look and appeal that you desire.
Our reclaimed flooring and paneling products are generally provided in random widths and random lengths to best utilize rough material and minimize waste. Custom widths can be provided, subject to availability of rough material on hand.
